Adult Beginners Street Dance
This class is a true in introduction to the basic techniques of hiphop dance. Classes work on choreography to various pieces of music, and the class works at the level of the group – so it takes as long as you need. The perfect way to begin dance, have fun and meet new friends.
Adult Intermediate Street Dance
For those students who have a firm grasp of the style and can handle being taught choreography at a quicker pace. This class is not suitable for beginners to this style of dance; it’s advisable to have some beginner lessons first!
Break Dance
(1)Open session for breakers to train together. Please note This is not lead by a tutor. We have regular break workshops with Bboy Flo – the next ones are:

Hiphop Technique Class
This class offers a deeper look into the techniques of popping, locking, house and general dancer physique for hiphop dance. No experience necessary.
KrunK Youth Dance Company
This class is by invitation only. This is our youth company who focus on Hiphop and commercial dance styles. Previous dance training in these styles is advisable, and this is the ideal supplement to other Street classes. Age 10-17 years. Please note that all students in this class need to purchase a KrunK tracksuit as costume for all performances.
MatriX Commercial Street Performance Group
This is our adult performance group, who focus on Hiphop and commercial dance styles. Previous dance training and performance experience is vital as this class moves at a fast pace – often with short deadlines to get things ready for performances! Please note that all students in this class need to purchase a MatriX tracksuit as costume for all performances.
(2)Previous dance experience of at least one year is necessary to work in this fast moving show class.
Street Dance Exam Grade Classes
Working through the Graded examination syllabi, students are prepared to take examinations at the relevant grade. These classes really focus on technique, and students can take part in the classes and not take an exam – that is optional and not enforced.
